How to play
- Two teams of two; partners sit across from each other. A bot takes any empty chair.
- Cards are dealt face up until someone gets an ace: they're the first Hakem. The Hakem looks at their first five cards and picks trump (the hokm).
- The Hakem leads. Follow the led suit if you can; if you can't, trump it or throw any card. The highest trump takes the trick, otherwise the highest card of the led suit.
- The first team to take 7 tricks wins the hand and 1 point. A 7–0 sweep is a Kot: 2 points, or 3 when it's against the Hakem's team.
- The Hakem keeps the job while their team wins; otherwise it passes to the next player. The first team to 7 points wins the match.
