Play nice

PartyPlay is for having fun with other people. When you play, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against other players;
• use offensive names, or draw, write or record anything hateful, sexual, violent or illegal;
• share other people's personal information;
• cheat, spam, or use bots or scripts to play;
• attack, overload or try to break the site or its servers.

Moderation

Hosts can remove players from their rooms, and players can vote to remove someone. We review reports and may remove content or block players or accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you create (drawings, answers, content packs). You give us permission to store it and show it to the other players in your room, and — for content packs you make public — to everyone, so the games can work. You promise you have the right to share what you upload.

Accounts

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens with your account. You can delete it at any time.

The service

PartyPlay is free and provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or bug-free, and we may change or remove games and features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll let you know on the site. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
